April 19 – At approximately 2:20am, Howe Police Officer Clark arrested a 28-year-old Gunter resident for DWI after stopping her on Hall Cemetery Road for a traffic violation. The suspect failed sobriety tests and refused a request by the officer for a blood sample. A search warrant was obtained and the suspect was taken to a local hospital for the blood draw. She was then booked into the Grayson County Jail.
