A 23-year-old pre-internet video pitches the City of Howe

Back in the pre-internet days of 1993, the City of Howe made a promotional video to sell the city.  This VHS tape was given by then Mayor Ray Bledsoe to the Howe Enterprise to archive for the city’s history.
