DL Lennon, the contractor, is currently working on the last two-mile section of the project. As some of you have seen, they are installing lime treatment to the subgrade and will start cement treating the existing base material.
This portion of the project is intended to be done in November, should the weather cooperate. A dead period until the weather warms up will allow workers in May of 2015 to complete the work in June of 2015. (Full story in Monday’s Howe Enterprise).
