Tomorrow (Saturday) is Keep Howe Beautiful’s “Trash-Off.” They are asking citizens to come together to clean up Howe by picking up trash and they have special incentives for those who care to do so. There will be cash laying around on the ground along with gift certificates from local businesses. Those who actually do volunteer to pick up trash could actually make some money and or gift certificates to local businesses.
Volunteers of all ages are asked to meet at 10 am at the Howe Development Alliance building at 101 E. Haning St. KHB is asking volunteers to bring gloves and proper shoes. Trash bags will be provided.
