The Keep Howe Beautiful program is now starting a membership drive and want you to become a member. For an annual membership of $10 per person or $20 for a family, KHB will send you a zinnia starter kit to help once again make Howe “The Prettiest Little Town in Texas” as it was known in 1940 according to Readers Digest and Life Magazine and the Dallas Morning News thanks to the leadership of Miss Mame Roberts.
