Howe ISD will be hosting a spring vaccine clinic on March 29, 2018. The High School campus will start at 10:00am and the Elementary and Middle School campuses will start at 11:15am. All forms need to be returned to the campus nurse no later than March 9, 2018.
- Students entering kindergarten will need all of the following vaccines:
- DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B
- Students entering 7th grade will need all of the following vaccines:
- Tdap, Varicella, Meningitis, HPV (optional)
- For college students and students 16 years of age and up:
- Meningitis
Currently, insured students will pay no out-of-pocket expense (Please bring a copy of your insurance card)
Those with no insurance will be charged $5 per immunization.
