The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that the Annual Christmas Parade will take place on Dec. 9 at 4 pm and will take its normal course from Charles R. Thompson Gymnasium through the downtown area and back to Howe Middle School. The lineup will take place at 3:45 in the parking lot of the middle school gym.
